It depends. It depends on which aspects of your event you want to do yourself and the cost of materials and time it takes to do them. In some cases, it can actually end up costing more, which is why it's important to allocate part of your budget to paying for vendors you simply can't replicate for less.

When your quote is collated, it will include all charges for delivery, collection and set up charges.
The typical period of hire covers 24hrs – we can be flexible on this at our own discretion, this includes the time set up and dismantle at no additional charge.
Delivery charges will be calculated on a client by client bases depending upon location, collection/delivery times and size of decor required.
All over the Northeast. As Robin Wedding and Event Decor is based in Thornaby all orders based within the local area will be delivered free of charge. Orders outside of the local area may have a delivery charge applied.
We will make every effort to collect and deliver your order at the specified times. All hired items will be set up as previously agreed prior to the event.
We do not deliver or collect for orders under £50.
We have public liability insurance up to the value of £5million as is required by most venues. We can supply a certificate of insurance to your venue upon request.
I would be happy to arrange an appointment to visit to my office/workshop. All visits must be booked in, I am not able to offer walk in appointments. To arrange a visit please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Yes, security deposits will be requited and are non refundable. To secure your dates and order, an initial £50 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your dates, the balance of the item can be made in stage payments with the full balance required upto 4 weeks prior to your event. Your order is not secured, and items are not held until a payment has been made.
If the balance payment is not received, we reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your order. No delivery will be made without receipt of the balance. Delivery will not be made without receipt of the full invoiced balance and security deposit transaction.
We reserve the right to substitute an item alternative item/design i.e. if breakages, delayed returns, lost items have occurred as a result of a previous customer order or damaged during transit.
