As part of your package you will recieve a USB with all of your messages on within 10 days after your event.

No, it is unlimited recordings.

Can I move the audio guestbook to another area in the room if required?

Yes, the audio guestbook is wireless.

Where is the best place to have the audio guestbook at my event?

For the best results and clarity of messages it will need to be placed in area where you could comfortably have a phone conversation.
